British Values

British Values in Birch:

Children in Birch are taught British Values through all subject lessons and their curriculum. We all respect each other and our differences. We all know our roles within the class and understand how certain roles in society are important to everyday life. During school time, we earn house points and we are awarded them when we do the right thing. Every child in Birch is aware of why we have laws and the importance of following them. We continue to learn about many different religions/faiths and we always celebrate diversity.

Our School Parliament Members:

Poppy and Ibrahim are our School Parliament members.  Poppy will attend a weekly meeting supported by Ibrahim and they will feed back information from the meeting to the class. They will then take the views of the children to the next meeting.
